Abstract
This paper reports on a new species of mite of the genus Gaeolaelaps from Western Siberia, Russia—Gaeolaelaps hajiqanbari Joharchi and Nemati sp. nov. collected from soil of salt marsh in vicinity of Omsk. The new species is described and illustrations provided based on morphological characters of the adult female.
