Abstract
A new species of the genus Stigmaeus Koch (Acari: Stigmaeidae), S.kermaniensissp. nov. is described and illustrated. The new species was collected from soil under pistachio orchards, Pistacia vera (Linnaeaus), in Kerman province of Iran.
